'The header or footer references to the template could not be saved'... What does it mean?

      Hi

I am using  RH7, with Subversion source control, over 3000 topics which reference templates that use headers and footers. In recent weeks I have experienced the following message when I save a topic:

'The header or footer references to the template could not be saved, Do you want to revert the changes to the header and footer on disk?'

This is an intermittent error and I cannot work out why it is occuring. I have tried recreating the template and attaching it to the existing topics and in time the message reappears.

I wonder if it is a timing issue as it often occurs if I make a change and the quickly hit the Save button.

The save process is actually saving correctly, I am concerned that my project may be corrupted. I have deleted and recreated the .cpd file to no avail.

Any thoughts on this matter are really appeciated

      Thanks

      M
