I have been using the reader for almost a year and it worked just fine. Now when I transfer content to it from my PC it won't open it. It says "The content ypou are trying to view is locked." It then says to authorize th reader with the Adobe ID.
The ADE application on the PC allows the transfer to take place so it thinks the reader IS authorized (right?). I was wondering if there is a way to re-authorize the reader?
I've read other posts about this situation. As I recall, it happened to
someone just after he updated his KOBO ereader with new software. Try
contacting KOBO about this issue - they may have an answer on hand.
