Set up the cameras to match each other before a multicam shoot is the normal time tested way.
Fixing it in post is a mission.
It can often be done, but the short answer is no, it's not simple.
Best practice is to use three identical cameras with identical settings.
Search Waveform Monitor, Vectorscope, RGB Parade.
