    Sign Document dialog box does not appear

      Hi,

       

      I am trying to place a visble signature onto a document I created using the Adobe PDF printer in Adobe X. However after I click "Sign Document" or "Place Signature", and dragging to create a space for the signature, the "Sign Document" dialog box does NOT appear. That's where I used to enter my password to place the signature. I have a Digital ID set up and enabled "Use for Signing".

       

      Could anyone please point out where I did wrong? This used to be how I signed documents in Adobe 9.
