    Any reaction from Adobe please!

Dear Adobe Team, please remove this item: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail& loc=en_us&extid=2947658

I am the author of this item and have not given any permission to the uploader to steal my preview picture and missleading costumers with the implication this could be a free download. Thank you!

Sorry to write this matter here, but after 3 weeks of no reaction from adobe (mail, phone & exchange forum).

See the instructions in section 17 of the Adobe.com Terms of Use

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by a third party posting content to the Adobe.com website and online services thereof, you must formally serve Adobe with a written and signed DMCA takedown notice by post or fax to the address given in section 17. Email and phone communications are not accepted. Posting messages on these forums or comments on the Exchange will not result in any response, as without documented and legally-testable evidence to prove your ownership of the property, the claim has no substance. The US courts require a takedown notice show the legal contact details of the claimant so that costs can be imposed should the claim prove false or malicious, so your Adobe ID or email address are not sufficient.

You also need to understand that while sponsored by Adobe, these forums are not an official channel of communication with Adobe. Other than those users who have Adobe Employee badges, everyone here is an ordinary user volunteering their time.
