Try with a different player like VLC. Still the same problem?
thanks for your feedback !
on a pc with wmplayer or vlc-player or.... i can not see that ugly effect - maybe monitors are to slow or overlay eliminates the effect or something like that
viewing that mentioned videos on a loewe-tv or via my epson full-hd-beamer brings up the 'pulsation'
Assuming you shot AVCHD 1080i/25 and exported to H.264-BR 1080i/25 and burned on BRD, do you still see the pulsating when played on a settop box?
yes - recording as avchd 1080i/25
exporting with premiere pro and the BD presets
not burning to BD but streaming via readynas or playing direct from usb-stick/disc
the bundled Main Concept h.264 encoder is very bad at adaptive quality so things like grass have bad artifacts.
yes - that seems to be the reason
whatever i change within the settings - there is no improvement on that ugly effect
but exporting my movie with the bd mpeg2-presets makes it disappear....
an i thought, premiere is perfect for modern codecs.....
effect ist gone by increasing bitrate from 17000 to 20000+
yup, throw enough bits at the problem and you'll compensate for the poor block-area quality decision code in MC.
