Just guessing her, but I'd start by setting up 12 absolutely positioned divs/layers with unique names/ID's.
Use "Set text of Layer/Element behavior" to have your 6 text triggers populate the target layer
with the desired image using onclick or mouseover action.
Yeah but what about when I need two+ squares to change after clicking a piece of text?
I don't even think thats relevant!
To each his own....
Some of us think code is relevant.
Maybe if you had just simply asked for code I could have told you I dont have any as I was looking for pointers in the right direction. Unless you call:
<p><img src="images/large/1.jpg" width="800" height="521" /></p>
the code you're after.
Nancy thanks alot for that. Sorry didnt reply sooner but wouldnt let me login for some strange reason.
Anyway, thats great but how would I work it if I wanted layer 1 to stay on when i click layer 2 or 3, etc.
Also, when i position my layers in Dreamweaver they seem to have moved when I preview them in browser.
It may be easier if I show you an example what I am kind of trying to accomplish:
see where the colours on the main image change as you click text below it.
Looks like starplanbedrooms is using a jquery slider effect. Study the source code and google online tutorials to see if that will work for you.
