    In Design Not Responding after new install


      I upgraded to Creative Suite 5.5 Design Studio, and all products except In Design are working fine.


      In ID, when i attempt to create a new document or book, it freezes and I must FORCE QUIT. 

      I have reinstalled the software twice. 

      I have restarted my computer multiple times. 

      I have gone through the process of trying to open a file or create a new file (document and book), or create Blurb Template (plugin) about 30 times...each time ending in FORCE QUIT.
