    Importing anniversary dates

      Is it still not possible to import a customer database together with default anniversary dates?

       

      Answer:

       

      Here's a workaround that may work for you:

       

      If you go to the contact import form you can see an option to "Choose CRM Form if you wish to import custom information for contacts"

       

      If you go to MODULES / WEBFORMS and create a new webform you can add the five actual Anniversary Dates to the webform from the MARKETING tab.

       

      Hence, you should be able to select this webform and the CRM form when doing the import.

          So, a year later, but I am trying to find a way to import the policy dates for a client who has 10,000 records and would like to send out reminders.

           

          I cannot see a "marketing" tab on the downloaded template.  I have looked high and low and cannot seem to convince the system to let me upload these dates, with the exception of importing within a particular email marketing campaign.

           

          If I say send 1 day before Anniversary2, then I can import subscribers and upload the subscriber list with their "Anniversary2" date in the "Custom Date" field.  Still no way to update the cooresponding Anniversary2Title field, but I guess something is better than nothing....I guess.

           

          I anyone knows something I am missing, please let me know!  Thanks!!
