it would be easier if you placed each section on its own frame and then used your buttons to navigate to the appropriate frame.
otherwise you'll need to convert everything on the 2nd page to a movieclip and then use the movieclip's _x and/or _y property for navigation.

I'll go with the first option.
I am kind of new in flash. When you said use frames. you mean html frame for each section describing the image. and then write an actionscript on the image for example go(nameofthepage.nameoftheframe).

no, use the frames on your main flash timeline. attach a stop() to the first frame. place on-stage whatever you want seen when your flash opens.
if you want something else seen after a button is pressed, put that on a different frame (say a frame labeled option1). you can then attach to the frame that contains your button:
