How do I get the remote server next to local server?

I'm using Dreamweaver CS4 right now and just recently my files window has been acting strange. Its been overlapping both the Remote server and the Local server.
You'll see what I mean in the picture below.

I've tried changing the size of the window. I've tried findng the middle handle to adjust the size of the two columns, but it won't show up.

If anyone has any idea how I could go about resolving this issue, I'd greatly appreciate the help.

In your Remote Site definition in DW, the Root Directory field should be set to "public_html".

Looks like there's no entry in your Remote Site definition and your server is allowing you to write to the folder above "public_html".

In other words, you're uploading to the wrong folder on the server.

Thus your website files won't be viewed on the web because they're not inside the public_html folder.

You need to update your Remote Site definition and set Root Directory to public_html then reupload your files.
