When creating a new Digital ID, I am not prompted for a key algorithm or to confirm password. When I click finsih, with no prompt to confirm password, I get a message that the passwords do not match.
This seems like a misconfiguration of sorts.
1. Load with ONLY certified plug-ins. This means the setting within the Edit>Preferences>General>Application Startup and then try again.
2. If that doesn't work. Run the repair mechanism via the Help menu item. Help>Repair Acrobat Installation and then try again.
Neither of these actions fixed this problem.
I think you are using Windows 7 64 bit
Try the below mentioned steps
- Go to Control Panel
- Click Display
- Change the Size of text to 100%
- Try to create new digital ID.
