I want to develop a quiz where the outcome is not only pass or fail but four different options.

E.g. results:

0 - 25 points - quiz taker gets to url/feedback 1

26 - 50 points - quiz taker gets to url/feedback 2

51 - 75 points - quiz taker gets to url/feedback 3

76 - 100 points - quiz taker gets to url/feedback 4

Is that possible with Adobe Presenter Quizmaker and if yes, how?

Thanks for your help!

This is not possible in Adobe Presenter, however you should be able to do this with Adobe Captivate using the Advanced Actions.
