sorry for the lack of updates -- i've been working with our hosting provider on this.
there is a major problem with the hosting provider where Cirrus lives. i've been on the phone with their support since yesterday, and the problem is still not resolved. we're still working on it, and are sorry for the inconvenience.
normal service should be restored. we have not reached full resolution of the problem with our hosting provider, and further disruptions (hopefully of much shorter duration) will happen at an unknown future date.
