I have been using digital editions for over a year with no problems, however today when trying to download a book from my library to it (something i have done many times before), i had the above message pop up and it willn not work. this happened on both my home computer and on my net book. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both, but when the setup is complete that message pops back up again. i am fairly frustrated since i need ADE to get books onto my kobo. Any suggestions?
Reinstalling the software does not address the issue you have. What the
message is telling you is that the library has not cleared out the 'tag' on
the ebook you downloaded. Talk to their technical support people and tell
them that this has happened with XYZ ebook and let them check it out.
