    extracting

      i am trying to download photoshop free trial because i need it for school in 2 days but it keeps saying extracting and its been saying that for many days. how can i start downolding it again and make it stop extracting. by the way i am using an apple macbook pro

          Hi,

           

          Which version of Mac OSX are you using? Is there enough disk space in the drive you are downloading / installing the application to?

           

          I would suggest restarting the Download Assistant and choosing the download location as your desktop.

            how do i restart download assistant and how do i choose a different download location because theres a message that says extracting and it won't go away or let me select it or anything. and also how do i stop the download and start downloading it again.

              Disconnect from internet and delete assitant and re down load it then when you get ready to download primiere pro connect again and re try

              it works iv had the same problem
