The only way to put a PDF inside another PDF that I know of is to make a PDF Portfolio. This feature is available in Acrobat 9 and Acrobat X.
You should ask about it in the Adobe Acrobat forums. Here's probably the most relevant one: Creating, Editing & Exporting PDFs
That's not exactly what i'm asking for. I explain you...
For example, in MAC computers I open one PDF file that redirect you to another PDF, and that new PDF opens in a new window. But in my windos computer if you click the link, it open in the same window and replacing the other file, so to go to the first you have to open it again, which it's stupid D:
Can someone help me please!!
Or if someone how to make the way to open a FOLDER with a button, much better.:)

Currently, that behavior can only be changed in Acrobat. There is no feature in InDesign to change the window which is opened up.
Ask in the Acrobat forum for directions.
I love you, you was right.
I found the way to link files in PDF and here it give me the option to "replace file" or "open in a new window". THANK YOU!!!
