Exporting a 720p 60 Clip in Premiere Pro

I have a clip that was shot on a Panasonic AG HMC 40 in 720p 60 mode.

I have Created a custom sequence for this clip and it edited and worked fine in the timeline.

When I go to export it, the only options are frame rates up to 50fps.  I have to have a MPEG 2 TS file.

I have read in these forums that it is best to export to the same settings as the source footage.

How do I make it possible to export out 60 fps (59.94).

I should note that the Telecommunications company requires an MPEG 2 TS file for playback.
