Question re setting up photoshop for A3 printing

      Hello

I have Photoshop CS (Version 8) and hope to be able to print off an image of A3 size at a commercial printers.

When I open the image in Photoshop I can see that the image size is 2608px (w) and 1952px (h) while Resolution is 72 pixels/inch. Resample Image is set to Bicubic while, in Image | Mode the RGB Color is checked as is 8Bits/Channel.

If I go to File | Print with Preview, I can only see a tiny part of the image (the software focuses on only one part of the image. Is this what would be finally printed - because that is not what I want?

What I am concerned about is editing/adjusting the image, saving it to a flash drive, and taking it to a printers only for the printed image to appear very small in one of the corners, rather than filling the whole A3 photo paper.

I would be grateful for any advice.

      Thanks

      Steve
