It could be as simple as a server maintenance issue with Photoshop.com, or maybe a setting. While waiting to see if it is a server issue, I would verify the settings.
Good luck and welcome to the forum.
Thank you. I don't think it's a server maintenance, I'm trying for two days now. As of settings - I don't know what settings should I check in the program, there aren't many of them for uploading to photoshop.com.
I dont think that the problem is at your end. Its something to do with photoshop. I would recommend you to just go to photoshop.com and open your accout there and see if you can find any setting wrong. I fnot, then either retry after one or two days or contact Adobe support.
I gave up on Photoshop.com. I uploaded flash video manually - cannot figure out how to play it. I can upload pictures and view the slide show, but the video doesn't play. Uploaded to YouTube instead without any issues. The rest seems to be normal, except that their store currently doesn't work.
I'm tired of their bugs. Even this forum for some reason works for me only in IE. If I try to login in FireFox, I always get a message: We're sorry, we encountered an error processing your request.
Wow! I don't know what's up with your computer! I've never had any of these problems -- and I can read and reply to this forum with IE, FireFox, Chrome and, on my Mac, even Safari!
I'm afraid your issues may go deeper than simple "bugs" in the program.
Not really. I've just recently re-installed Windows 7 and I don't have any other issues.
I was having the same issue with a Plus account and Pre 10.
I opened up Premiere Elements (instead of welcome screen), I clicked the Home (house button) upper right corner which opens the Welcome Screen and noticed the retrieving user information just kept spinning. I didn't see this before because I don't usually go in this way. I just created shortcuts to Premiere and Photoshop to avoid the welcome screen.
I uninstalled Flash and restarted and reinstalled it. (not sure if this had any effect or not).
Then I opened Elements, clicked the Home Button - Welcome Screen again and this time it prompted me for my password.
I entered it logged in and now I am uploading my movie.
There were some Adobe server issues reported on Friday, Dec. 14, but I do not know if the Adobe Photoshop.Com servers were in that group.
Also not sure about the Flash update, as I let Chrome (my main browser) download and install those, and sort of pass on the main Flash Player updates, until I need them. Thanks for reporting.
