# Script for if a field is checked or a 1 entered then a certain fee is applied?

I have an excel document and we have a formula that calculates if a certain field gets a 1 entered then the number corresponding to that field is applied

here's the formula

 =IF(K22=1,50) =IF(K23=1,70) =IF(K24=1,150) =IF(K25=1,150) =IF(K25=1,225)

Could someone help me with a script to use this in acrobat?

If the input fields are mutually exclusive, I would use a combo box with the description text for the option and the export value for that option the value. There are a number of ways to fill in the value field. If the input fields are not mutually exclusive then use check boxes with an export value of the number. And then a calculation script in the number field to set the field;s value.

Ok I used check boxes and set the export value to 1 in each field.

So my script will now need to say if

field 1 = yes then service amount = 50

field 2 = yes then service amount = 70

field 3 = yes then service amount = 150

field 4 = yes then service amount = 150

field 5 = yes then service amount = 250

I'm still learning and not sure how to make this happen, Also when one box is checked I need all of the other boxes to not be available to be checked.

I appreciate the help more than you know.
