Hi Karin Stockholm,
Is this a problem with using the product or with the installation? Can you describe what exactly you are trying to and in which CS4 application?
InDesign CS 4 v. 6.0.6
Macbook Pro , Lion 10.7.3
I've installed the program, and should start using it: then I found out that the palette for "pages" (sidor in swedish) is missing. It does'nt appear in the meny "window" and I can't use F12 to see it. It should be after "objektformat" and before "text..." /Thankful for help! /Karin

Try pressing F12.
I'm not sure why it is missing from the list without anything there that looks like a Show All Menu Items listing, but my suspicion is you accidentally closed the panel and now the "current" state of the workspace does not include it. If F1`2 works, closing ID should write it back into the workspace, or you can use the Reset Workspace command and that ought to fix it, too.
None of this worked (I tried earlier ;-) ), so I gave up and re-installed the program. Now it works, and I hope it will continue to work. Strange fault, never seen it before.
all the best,

If anything like that happens again, before you reinstall try replacing the prefs first. That usually is effective (and reinstalling often won't solve a corrupt prefs issue). See Replace Your Preferences
