Most have a very small file size limit acceptance.
Modern ones like google will top out at 24 but many like exchange servers will limit of 1mb/2mb for example.
DONT be sending big files via email, most wont get them or have them blocked. That is why dropbox, google drive and things like that exist in a world of broadband and bigger files.

The whole system and the admin control is full of informaiton and controls and they should be in there using it and managin it
