    Q: I did not see my product in Extension Manager, but I am sure I have it installed.

      Launch "Adobe ExtendScript Toolkit CS", input "BridgeTalk.__diagnostics__;" in source window, and click "Run" button. The diagnostics result will be shown in "JavaScript Console" window. Check if paths of products are correct. Remove corresponding products and install them again if their paths are incorrect.
