Flash Player Installation Problem

I'm trying to download the new wersion of flash player but when it reaches the installation part it asks me to close Internet Explorer and retry the problem is Internet Explorer os already closed but it continually keeps asking me.

Can anyone please offer any help?

Have you checked the task manager to make sure it is fully closed?  To do so press Control-Alt-Delete then look at the processes tab.  You will want to end the iexplore process.
