I am having trouble setting up other users for email notifications when someone fills out a form. I have followed the instructions posted here and the collaborators have ticked the notifications boxes on Share but its still not working. The new collaborators are showing up grayed out in the bottom bar and don't receive email notifications when the form is filled out. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Also the notification option is on the Options tab in the Notification section, not Share. Are they checking the wrong check box?
I'm sorry, I actually meant Options - Notifications. So I think they are checking the correct boxes. But let me know if I'm wrong.
See screen grab attached where they are grayed out. So neither hheff1974 nor mitzi are receiving the email notifications, but others are.
