i cant install flash on firefox

i have tried EVERYTHING . im pooped and fustrated . i just need to install flash player ! when i go to a website such as youtube, it tells me that i need to install flash player plugin and that i need to update flash player . so i try , but nothing works ! when i try to get the plug in .. it tells me that it failed, when i try to update flash player it goes through all of the steps, but after i press yes that adobe can install .... nothing happens !

i have a 32 bit operating system, firefox whatever the latest version is i have it, i have windows 7 starter, i checked all of the system requirements and i have all of them. please someone please help me

1. download the 32-bit installer(s) from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#Install_in_a_...
2. close all browser windows, then run the downloaded installer(s)

Which version of Firefox do you have installed? The latest update is Firefox 11 which you can get from here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/

Also, to check whether Flash is installed or not, press CTRL+SHIFT+A to take you to the Firefox Add-ons Manager. Click the Plugins link and you should see "Shockwave Flash 11.1.102.63"
