I'm not following your question, and it may be a semantic issue.
In ID parlance, a Link is an imported object, usually a graphic or image, but could be text. A Thread is a set of linked text frames. Links can be found in the Links panel. Threading can be shown by going to View > Show Text Threads and selecting a frame. Text threads do NOT show in Preview or Overprint Preview, however (nor do non-printing characters or other non-printing objects).

But what I exactly am talking about is only the Graphics Issues with my Books/Manuals.
I do not care about text threads at all.
I hope there is a way to see an overview of all of the graphic links within a story.
Not sory by story, I'm afraid. You could move pages with the desired story to a new file, and then the links panel would contain only the links for that set of pages, though.
A specifically wrttten script could do this, but only if there is a link (so to say) between the images and the story they "belong" to. In practice that's only true when all images are placed in-line, not floating somewhere above the text.
