The following review shows a detailed look see of Blur Gallery. I have gotten very anomalous results when I pin multiple but same type blurs on an image OR I pin various combos of Blurs [e.g one Tilt-Shift with two Iris blurs]. The combos just do not come close to my expectations of what should happen and only multiple Iris Blurs appear to work properly. I may be missing some special control keys to be pressed when pinning a second Blur on the same image layer. Or there maye be some layering of blur events [it does not show in the Layer Panel] and therefore order that has to be maintained [smaller sized blurs last bigger sized blurs first???]. Also again in the Top 6 demos - somebody used a special op/key to reveal the underlying mask ??? If I could figure out what that key is I could then judge what is happening when multiple blur pins are used.
I really like this gradation control that the Blur Gallery affords. It would be very nifty to be able to do the same for several different Blur modes say Motion and then a Surface blur. Also one could easily see an Opacity Control or Exposure Adjustment Gallery gradation control - its like the color gradient tool just applied to various Smart Adjustments. So its not working now but it looks very promising for the future.
I think you hold down 'm' to see the mask
