Problem Downloading Adobe Flash 11 for Mac OSX 10.7

I recently purchased a Mac Book Air, which runs a Mac OS X 10.7 operating system. Any time I try to download Adobe Flash from the website, I reach a "page can not be displayed."

What am I doing wrong?
