Howard Pinsky Mar 27, 2012 9:35 PM (in response to brandonshelley)Have you tried resetting your preferences? Here is a post with instructions: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4209421#4209421
Does the applcation crash, or simply give you that error?

brandonshelley Mar 27, 2012 9:37 PM (in response to Howard Pinsky)First thing I did was reset my prefs...didn't work. And no, doesn't crash, just gives me that error. Suggestions for producing a debug log from the depths of my PC?

Howard Pinsky Mar 27, 2012 9:43 PM (in response to brandonshelley)Aside from the usual, (restarting Photoshop, restarting your computer), post the steps you took to recreate the the error, and post your system info: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4209321#4209321

4. Re: Image reduction (200px --> 100px) causes program error
brandonshelley Mar 29, 2012 8:27 AM (in response to Howard Pinsky)Well, I restarted my PC, opened photoshop and the same file I was working on, tried to reduce it (from 144px to 72px) and the same error occurred. Wish it was more detailed than that
I could try reinstalling Ps too, but that kinda defeats the purpose of reporting the bug.
