I have installed Photoshop CS5 Trial version on several PCs for a training course. Now once when i start PC and when lounching Photoshop every 30 seconds the following error message comes up:
I will translate it to english:
CS5Servicemanager.exe - Error in application
The application could not be initialised (0xc0000005). Click OK to close application
I could solve the problem by rename or delete the file cs5servicemanager.exe in folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CS5Servicemanager.
Is there an other possibler solution for this problem?
What exactly the servicemanager is for?
And my last question, must i expect any problems with Photoshop during training course by deleting this file?
Thanks in advance and best regards
It's syncing the CS Live services. Anyway, without more info this is not going anywhere. Based on the appearance of the dialog in your screenshot however I would simply assume that your machines are old and do not meet the system requirements.
All PCs are Dell Optiplex 380 Systems running on Windows XP SP3. They have 4GB of Ram and an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU. This should be more than enough. Which additional info you need?
