Adobe Digital Editions and Sony eReader will not connect. What should I try next?

Both are authorized to me.  I connected the eReader to the computer before opening Adobe Digital Editions.  The Adobe Digital Editions will not recognize the eReader.  What should I do now?

I have never used a forum before.

When you register your ereader with SONY, you'll need to make sure that the

Reader Library entries were created on your hard drive for the ereader to

work properly. Only some of them are supported by ADE. There's a list in

the HELP section of ADE.

Also, there have been some problems with the PRS-T1 model.
