I have a subscription license for Captivate 5.5. I launched it yesterday and got a message stating I was not connected to the Internet for S/N verification. Well, I was. In fact, I had adobe.com open. I clicked the Try Again button with no luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and had the same issue.
Thing is, I last used it on Sunday with no problems. I don't think it's my ISP because I tethered my laptop to my cell phone and used its WiFi connection and still got the same result.
Any suggestions? I'm going to call Adobe tonight when I get home from work. The timing on this is bad because I'm in the middle of a large freelance project that I need to wrap up in 10 days.

The server handling the serial number authentication may just have been down temporarily. Check again later and if this issue persists beyond a reasonable time, definitely call Adobe Support about it.
