    Individuals unable to open webhelp

      Hi there,

      I've just deployed the first wave of our documentation from Robohtml 9.0.2. Most people are fine with it, but one person is getting the following error when he tries to view it (the path has been trimmed down).

      User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; GTB7.3; chromeframe/18.0.1025.142; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; InfoPath.3; MS-RTC LM 8; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; AskTbARS/5.13.1.18107)
      Timestamp: Thu, 29 Mar 2012 18:35:38 UTC

      Message: 'Node' is undefined
      Line: 3058
      Char: 2
      Code: 0
      URI: file:/.../html/rlt/whfhost.js

      The offending line in whfhost.js is

      if ( gbNav7 || gbAIR ||gbSafari)
      {
      Node.prototype.swapNode = function( a_Node )
      {
        var nextSibling = this.nextSibling;
        var parentNode = this.parentNode;
        a_Node.parentNode.insertBefore( this, a_Node );
        parentNode.insertBefore( a_Node, nextSibling );
      }

      document.captureEvents( Event.MOUSEMOVE | Event.MOUSEDOWN | Event.MOUSEUP | Event.CLICK );
      }

      Can anyone suggest what the problem could be? I found William's entry on this, http://www.wvanweelden.eu/robohelp/webhelp_output_files/whfhost, but I couldn't figure out the issue from that.

      Thanks,

      Steve
