I have a user that is having an issue with inserting a signature of a document that has already been signed by another person. She gets prompted to draw the box, select a certificate, and save the file, but then no signature appears. We have tried numerous times, but it still will not work. However, we are able to insert a signature on a different .pdf document without a problem.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm confused because another person signed the document without an issue, but we cannot.
If I edit the form in Designer, I am able to insert a signature field. Then going back into Acrobat, I am able to insert a signature successfully. Unfortunately, with editing the document in Designer, all of the data in the document gets wiped out.
I think I can conclude that there is an issue with the original document.
