Welcome to the forum.
When you do a Search of your system, which folder is Display.dll in?
>Graphics: Intel HD Graphics Family / NVIDIA GeForce GT525M
You may only use one of those... turn the other one OFF in bios
I will guess you want the nVidia, not the Intel
@Bill Hunt - that file is located in c:\windows\system32\
@John T Smith - Supposedly, the computer will switch between the graphics devices, in fact you can choose when you run a program, which device to use. Could be the problem, but as the computer is new, I'm looking for another option perhaps before messing with the BIOS.
More information: yesterday I tried starting up the program with the second screen disconnected, and it worked (?!)... for a while, then it crashed. Same error as before.
Any more thoughts are much appreciated! Apparently, Adobe doesn't offer phone support for this product, so I'm a little lost.
