Adobe Encore and After Effects CS5.5 Menu Making Help

      Hello all,

I'm a brand new user to Adobe's Master Collection CS5.5, converting from the Final Cut suite so I can burn blu-ray discs. As with learning any new software, the switch has not been without its frustrations. However, I'm hoping some other users more familiar with Encore, After Effects, and dynamic linking can help me. One of the main reasons I converted instead of going with Final Cut + Toast was the ability to make custom menus for the discs I'm producing. Armed with some written instructions, I used After Effects to create a motion menu, then tried to import it into Encore. I can get the project there, but Encore does not see it as a menu. After trying to figure this out and failing, I decided to start from scratch using the instructions adobe has for their dynamic link. I created a new menu in Encore, linked it to After Effects and then altered it in AE to my liking. However, none of these changes were visible in Encore, and nowhere could I find how to re-import the file to Encore to get the changes there. I feel like I am missing some simple step somewhere, but can't find any tutorials or written instructions that really help. So, quite simply, how do I create motion menues and get encore to SEE them as menus?? What am I missing here?
