Stan Jones Mar 31, 2012 7:11 PM (in response to suliabryon)Your AE composition, dynamic linked or exported/imported to Encore, is not a menu, it is a motion background. Add it as the motion background to the menu in Encore, then render the menu to see the result.
CS5 (I think) added the ability to create buttons in AE, and I have not played with that. I am not certain that is not some magic way AE adds the actual menu, but I don't think so.
I find using AE for the motion background (particularly a looping intro video effect) and Photoshop (in Encore, select the menu, and "edit in Photoshop") a great combination.
