Noel Carboni Apr 3, 2012 3:33 PM (in response to jecphoto)This has been requested for every version since the Tabbed view was brought out, and yes, I agree it would be a tremendously useful thing to have. There should not be a fundamental difference in operation between the image being entirely displayed and *just* filling the workspace, and it being displayed with 1 pixel off the edge.
There's little that's more frustrating than trying to do something with a tool - in this case the Hand Panning Tool - and having the system just sit there and refuse to do anything.
I'm guessing there's a basic reason why it's difficult to implement, because they just don't fix this.
