Bernd - thank you so much for your reply.
I have previously done everything that is in that video to create a form where users can enter their data and save the form.
When I sent myself the form I created to work and I opened it with Adobe Reader 9.4.3, a dialog window pops up and says:
Please Note: You cannot save a completed copy of this form on your computer.
If you would like a copy for your records, please fill it in and print it.
Any ideas why?
Did you follow the video?
What can you see in the security settings of document properties?
Thanks Bernd, you are so kind. Your help is greatly appreciated :-)
Where would I find the security settings?
Open the document in Acrobat
File > Properties....
Click on Security tab
Under File, Properties, Security tab:
Security Method: No Security
Can be Opened by: All verison of Acrobat
Document Assembly: Not Allowed
Content Copying: Allowed
Content Copy for Accessibility: Allowed
Page Extraction: Allowed
Commenting: Not Allowed
Filling of form fields: Allowed
Signing: Not allowed
Creationg of Template Pages: Not Allowed
That is correct.
So any idea what is wrong?
I set it to allow users to enter data and save it.
Just to be sure we have all the bases covered, exactly what steps did you take to do this?
