Downloading New documents with barcode

Hi. I have a question and would be very appreciative if someone could help me out.

I am using Mac OS X 10.6.8  And my adobe is updated recently. It's 10.1.1  However I have problems opening the application form from the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website. I called them to find out if they are having technical problems on their end, but they said that they are able to open it. I tried to open it on my PC laptop but alas, no luck there either. Please help me. I don't know what else can I do.  I copied and am pasting here the message I am getting on the website.

Hi Barbie,

This is the forum for questions about Adobe BrowserLab, unfortunately I can't really help with this issue. Have you tried following the links from the message, updating your Reader installation and seeing if the support site has an answer for your question?
