I am setting a book for print in InDesign and I ned a little help. I wanted to place a word doc for the text I was wondering is there a way to spread this to all of the pages? A better phrasing of the wuestion is, I put to text boxes on the master page spread for the text, but is there a way to auto link all of the text boxes?
Also I wanted to know if I could alternate the pages, the printer needs them to be like this:
Page1 - Page 80
Page 79 - Page 2
Page 3 - Page 78
Page 77 - Page 4
etc... Do I have to do this manually, it is about 42 spreads (84 pages) long.
Create a blank document with single page.
Go to File>Place and choose yor word file , click OK
The selection will be loaded with the text , Press and hold the "Shift" key and click on the top left the page.
All the work pages will be added.
To do the printng , Go to File>Print booklet .

You'd be a lot better off finding a printer who can do his job.
