I'm going to jump right to the question, that way you don't have to read the details if you don't want to. Is there an easy way to check if and when the Flex application is maximized?
I ask because I want my window's objects to move around once the window has been completely maximized. My on stage objects move around fine when resizing, but after much research, I couldn't find a built in function for maximization. I found a whole bunch on fullscreen and stuff, but not a single thing about the maximize button! Does anyone know how to check if the window is maximized?
Nevermind! I wasn't looking hard enough! If anyones wondering, under the application tag, use a displayStateChange event. Then you can check for a displayState of "maximized". Heres a good link http://lowpitch.com/blog/nativewindow-working-with-air-windows-with-actionscript-part-1-of -3/
