How to remove New CSS Rule Prompt / Tag Prompt?

I'm new to Dreamweaver CS 5. I notice every time you want to change the font in body of text. Adobe throws this annoying "New CSS Rule Prompt" as well as forces to add tag to every image added to a page. How does one block the Tag Prompt and New CSS Rule Prompt from showing.  I just want to change fonts styles and image without any interruptions or mirco management like the older versions of Dreamweaver. Thanks.

If you prefer, you can use HTML markup tags to format text in your web pages. To use HTML tags instead of CSS, format your text using the HTML Property inspector.

            Edit > Preferences > Accessibility

UNcheck the Show Attributes when Inserting: Images box.

Dreamweaver has followed recent trends on the web in encouraging a workflow where you use CSS for all your formatting.

The whole point of CSS is to eliminate micro-management in formatting.

Using HTML tags for formatting is not recommended. It is inefficient and unproductive since you have to inidividually format every word and paragraph and changes are very slow and tedious.

Are you familiar with the power of CSS and how a little planning can help you achieve very efficiently formatted pages?

Thanks for the suggestions guys.  That Edit > Preferences > Accessibility to turn off the tag prompt helps a lot. I only wish it had the same with the New CSS.

I understand maybe Adobe's goal was to save mirco managment with the New CSS. Having the new feature force seems to be creating a lot of problems. I don't need a adobe prompt for every word I decide to bold and make a separate profile/setting just for  that one word. A web page that normally takes me 15 minutes to edit now takes me a third extra the time to work around these "feature."  It's going to be hellish to do whole webpage now

For some mysterious reason, the right, center, left paragraphy align seem to broken by the New CSS function...I can't even properly pick the font I select. It only functions every other attempt if I'm lucky.  It feels like a bad beta copy even though I paid full price and updated the program.
