Unfortunately not in the near future and at this stage.
The BC Sytstem is a SAAS (Software as a Service) and this system is a .net based system.
You have NO access to server side code so you can not run any PHP, Java, Coldfusion, .net code on your sites.
If you need any custom functionality etc you can use the ever expanding API of the system.

Bc are developing things like liquid though which is another markup language you can use to add more coding options such as basic if conditions and tapping into object data directly.
Expanded web app functionality and more is all on the cards but Sydney is correct, it's a .net based SAAS.
I do not see Flex ever being available either.
Okay, thanks. Good motivation to get proficient with JQuery and custom modules. Are there any limitations to using HTML5 with BC?
