1. Re: Bug Report for files first opened in Bridge and then worked in Photoshop
Curt Y Apr 12, 2012 8:11 AM (in response to Nzeltvay)Tried what you have outlined and in both CS5 and CS6. When I close the image in photoshop it stays in Photoshop in both versions.
Perhaps you have CS5 set to some non-default system?

Nzeltvay Apr 12, 2012 11:10 AM (in response to Curt Y)Hi Curt
I believe that in both CS-4 and CS-5 if you are in Photoshop and decide to close an open picture you could click on close and go to bridge and it took you back to bridge. I did not have any special non-default system in CS-5. I am using a PC and have not had any problems until I discovered this yesterday when doing pictures.

Curt Y Apr 12, 2012 11:36 AM (in response to Nzeltvay)In CS5 opened jpeg in camera raw, adjusted it, opened in PS5, adjusted it clicked "save as" then closed picuture. PS remained on screen.
Opened image in camera raw, clicked Open Image. It opens in PS5. Clicked red X to close image, remained in PS.
Are you doing something different?

Nzeltvay Apr 12, 2012 12:39 PM (in response to Curt Y)Hi Curt
Yes, I am talking about opening a file in bridge doing necessary corrections etc and then sending on to Photoshop. Once I do necessary corretions and save in Photoshop my next step would be to select close and open in bridge which is a choice. In previous Photoshops that I have used (CS4 and CS5) when you did this it would close the file and then immediately take you back to bridge. Now under CS6 if you select close and go to bridge it closes the file but remains in Photoshop. If bridge is not a choice when you select close and open in bridge why even have that as a choice? Why not just select close and then click on bridge logo or Control Alt O or select go to bridge?

5. Re: Bug Report for files first opened in Bridge and then worked in Photoshop
Curt Y Apr 12, 2012 12:57 PM (in response to Nzeltvay)OK, not I got it. You are clicking on File/close and go to bridge. Have never used this option before.
I looked and that option is in CS5 and also CS6, so still puzzled why you say it is changed.
Be aware that you can not run Bridge CS5 and CS6 at the same time.

6. Re: Bug Report for files first opened in Bridge and then worked in Photoshop
Nzeltvay Apr 12, 2012 1:25 PM (in response to Curt Y)Hi Curt
I realize that you can only run one Photoshop at a time. What I did was go out of Photoshop CS6 and then open CS-5 and tried go to bridge and it immediately took me into bridge. CS-6 closes the file but remains in Photoshop unless you click on the Bridge logo at the bottom of the screen, or click Control Alt O or state open in bridge. That is what I am having a problem with.
