hi - i was able to figure out - with a free script - how to do a mouse rollover effect for slideshows with DW8.

my question is - is it possible to place flash SWF files in there so when you rollover, the SWF file shows instead of a static jpg?

      any help is appreciated. thanks...

You can't use standard rollowevr scripts to call a Flash file.

I think you can do that. I am working on a site and have made a test page which does just that. You basically need a container with default Visibility as hidden and on mouse roll over it changes to visible. If you want, I can upload the test page and you can check it out... lemme know
Ofcourse the flash movie keeps playing even when the container is hidden. So whenever you do the mouse roll over whichever pic is playing at that time will be seen.

But that's not an image swap rollover, although it serves a similar
              purpose....
