Have you scrolled the Terms & Conditions all the way to the bottom? I am grasping at straws here, because usually when an installer likes you view the entire T&Cs the accept tick box does not even appear until you have done so.

When I scroll to the bottom, i see this ....
there are 2 tabs on the window....quit and accept. Its when i click accept
that the issue occurs.
Same problem using the Student and Teacher edition that apparently accepted the License Key. both 32bit and 64bit versions. Tried fresh installation after removing the CS3 that was on the system. Tried another administrator account and ran as administrator.
