You say "first time".  Has it happened more than once?  If not, I wouldn't worry about it.

I mean.. that first time was, when I make still frame from clip.

It happens again today from time to time - please read my text below.

I eject one hard disk nine days ago and I search error by Victoria program to HDD.. and he found few errors, a some bad sectors.

.. so one 1 TB disk left to video data, and system, and one 400 gb to final video data..

I make new format and clean install Windows 7 and Adobe Premiere..

9 days was with no error.. to this day..

Message Sorry a serious error has occured.. appears today again when I editing videoclip..

I search badsectors on second disk this 1 TB.. which left on computer.. I am coming to job now, so I check if any badsecors are now.

I think that I must buy new fast disk, those two hard disk I bring to shop to guaranty (I buy 1 year ago).

            Sorry for my mistakes

I have similar specs on my computer and am getting this problem with cs5.5 too. It happens with any project I try to open. I also moved all the files to a new drive but I still get the serious error message. And it doesn't always occur when trying to do one specific thing, it seems to happen at any random moment within the first 5-10 minutes of opening the file. All my other Adobe programs, including After Effects, work fine.

Well, there you go.  You should expect problems with your applications if you think you have drive corruption or other issues.  Fix them first, and then report back if you're having problems with Pr.
