What is the BSOD error code (and module, if indicated) during the install?
What is your display adapter, device driver version & date?
Are you using the offline installers from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#Ins tall_in_a_firewall_proxy_server_environment ?

my laptop hasan Nvidia 8700M GT

Driver date 6/16/2009
I did double check for an updated driver, what I have appears to be the latest supported available for the video chipset.
I currently have Firefox working at the moment. IE is where Flash isn't working at the moment. If it would help, I can get IE working and the repair can be on Firefox.

Updated my ESet to latest engine (not to be confused with dat files) and tried the install again...everything is working as it has and should.
